509 arts and Tom Fleming Associates are working with the London Borough of Brent to deliver a Cultural Strategy that reflects the dynamic changes underway in the area. We are also undertaking research for Brent Council into the cultural changes and trends resulting from the Wembley development, their impact upon local cultural/community organisations and strategies that will maximise local benefit and use.
