509 arts has always had a passionate engagement with community development programmes. On the Raynor’s Lane Eastate in Harrow we are working with the Home Group and Harow Council to produce a cultural strategy that will give local residents the chance to participate in the process of regenerating the estate. Over a period of 5 months we will explore the best ways of bringing communities and artists together to find imaginative responses to the process of change.
