Development of a forward looking business plan that builds on the organisation’s strengths and recent growth. The Poetry School is on of the UK’s largest independent providers of seminars and short courses in poetry and writing. This contract will enable a more focussed and business oriented approach to its artistic, organisational and financial health. (November 2006 – present)
